CREDENTIALS

PATRICK MILLER, President, Fresh Inc.
Patrick Miller is a creative director and communications consultant with 18 years of experience. He has created websites, ad campaigns, corporate identities, catalogs, direct mail packages and collateral brochures for a diverse client base including investment management firms, art galleries, photography studios and real estate companies.

A seasoned project leader, Mr. Miller grasps the big picture and the details with equal dexterity. He communicates clearly with the diverse range of people typically involved in any communications initiative — corporate professionals, artists, writers, computer programmers, etc. — thereby ensuring the coherence of every project.

Prior to founding Fresh Inc. in 1998, Mr. Miller lived and worked in New York City for 11 years, where he was co-founder and President of Alpha Partners, a research and marketing firm serving investment management companies. He also worked as a Senior Designer at Wechsler Ross & Partners, a design firm specializing in financial services, and Arete Communications, an advertising agency.

Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin in Madison where he graduated with honors.

STRATEGIC PARTNERS: GRAPHIC DESIGN

JOHN ATWOOD, President, Atwood Design Systems, Inc.
John Atwood designs marketing materials for a wide range of business including financial services, publishing, real estate, and the film industry. Mr. Atwood creates exceptional design solutions that leverage each client's unique position in the marketplace. Atwood Design Systems produces brochures, collateral systems, identity programs, Websites, and advertising for clients such as AIG, PIMCO Funds, Insignia Douglas Elliman and the public television station WNET/Thirteen.

Prior to founding Atwood Design Systems in 1991, Mr. Atwood worked for several leading design firms in New York City including Wechsler Ross & Partners, and Whelan Design Group.

Mr. Atwood holds a Bachelor's degree from the Rhode Island School of Design.

STRATEGIC PARTNERS: TECHNOLOGY

RAM TANAMY, President and CEO, Conquer Corporation
Mr. Ram Tanamy has 18 years of experience in technology development, business analysis and customer relationship management for the financial services industry. As President and CEO of Conquer Corporation, he provides integrated web programming and software solutions that emphasize speed, simplicity and reliability. Recently, Mr. Tanamy was Lead Architect for the CNBC (now MSN Money) and eMarketer websites.

Prior to founding Conquer Corporation, Mr. Tanamy was Director of the Fixed Income Trading Group at Dow Jones, where he led his team in developing the Fixed Income Transaction Services system. The system was an open electronic bond-trading environment for multiple financial institutions. It pioneered the use of Java and HTML for web browser delivery of real time data and transactions. Earlier in his career, Mr. Tanamy was the lead architect of the bond trading systems for Fundamental Brokers, a system that served over 20,000 brokers and traders worldwide.

Mr. Tanamy received his B.SC from the Israeli Institution of Technology in 1983.

STRATEGIC PARTNERS: FINANCIAL MARKETING STRATEGY

ALPHA PARTNERS INC.
Liz Hecht and Patrick Miller co-founded Alpha Partners in 1995. Fresh Inc. was spun out in 1998 and the two firms continue to collaborate. LIZ HECHT, Principal, Alpha Partners
Liz Hecht is a marketing strategist and presentation coach working exclusively with investment companies. Prior to founding Alpha Partners in 1995, Ms. Hecht served as an independent marketing consultant to leading U.S. investment firms such as Chancellor Capital Management, Evaluation Associates, GE Investments, JP Morgan Investment Management and Scudder, Stevens & Clark.

She has worked as a reporter and editor with Institutional Investor magazine and as an equity research analyst with Furman Selz Mager Dietz & Birney. Her articles have appeared in Euromoney, Institutional Investor and The New York Times, and she received two National Magazine Award nominations — for writing and reporting.

Ms. Hecht speaks Spanish fluently and has a working knowledge of French and Russian. She holds a BA from Yale University, where she graduated summa cum laude. She currently serves as Director of Citizens for Alternatives to Animal Labs, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to research and education.

STRATEGIC PARTNERS: FINANCIAL WRITING

KRISTINE M. DETWILER, CFA, CPA, Principal, Detwiler Associates, Inc.
Kristine Detwiler has over 15 years of marketing experience in the financial services industry. Today, as a principal of Detwiler Associates, she concentrates her expertise on financial writing, including brochures, newsletters and web sites.

Prior to founding Detwiler Associates, Ms. Detwiler was a Vice President of Client Service at Independence Investment Associates, a $30 billion asset management company in Boston. At Independence, she was the senior relationship manager for 25% of the firm's clients, including Chevron Corporation, The State of Hawaii Employees' Retirement System and The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Ms. Detwiler retained these relationships by consulting with her clients on portfolio performance, investment strategy and financial market conditions. She also sold additional products to her customers, developed the corporate marketing brochure and wrote the quarterly investment report sent to the firm's entire client base.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Detwiler was an institutional equity salesperson for Fidelity Investments and an institutional fixed income salesperson for Goldman Sachs.

Ms. Detwiler graduated with highest distinction from the University of Virginia with a BS in Accounting and received her MBA from Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School of Business Administration.

MARY ANNE MYERS, Communications Consultant
Mary Anne Myers is a professional writer with 17 years of experience in planning and producing web sites, marketing brochures, annual reports, client newsletters, employee publications and by-lined articles.

Her clients have included leading financial firms such as MetLife, JPMorgan Chase, Neuberger Berman, SwissKey Funds, PaineWebber Incorporated and its subsidiary, Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management, as well as many not-for-profit organizations. She serves as the senior writer for Towers Group, a financial public relations firm in New York, and she has also taught English and writing to international students at Baruch College, City University of New York. In 1997-98, she was a Soros Professional English Language Teaching Fellow at a vocational high school in Nova Gorica, Slovenia.

Before starting her own business in 1989, Ms. Myers was corporate vice president and manager of public relations at PaineWebber Incorporated, where she was Series 7 registered.

Ms. Myers holds a BA in English from Fordham University and an MA in English from the University of Virginia.
